This beautifully converted holiday cottage has been thoughtfully designed to combine modern comfort with relaxed traditional charm making it the ideal setting for a peaceful family escape or a getaway with friends.

At the heart of the cottage is a bright and welcoming open plan dining area and kitchen with high ceilings, large opening sliding windows and plenty of space for everyone to gather.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast after a day at the beach with electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge freezer, additional fridge and freezer and dishwasher.
The adjoining lounge area offers soft and comfortable seating, perfect for curling up in front of the wood burning stove to plan the next day’s adventures.

Parc an Bounder sleeps six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms with one ensuite and one family bathroom both with shower cubicles.

Outside is a private garden surrounded by hedgerows and Cornish countryside and is a perfect space for children to play, dogs to explore or grown-ups to sit and soak in the peace. A barbecue and outdoor dining area make it perfect for al fresco meals in the warmer months.

Entry to Caerhays Castle Gardens

Parc an Bounder is part of the Caerhays Estate which lies about seven miles away. The Estate is renowned for its historic castle designed by John Nash and its beautiful gardens. The Caerhays Gardens are open to the public from mid-February to mid-June and as a guest on the estate, you are entitled to unlimited complimentary access into these grounds during this period.

The gardens are celebrated for their vibrant camellias, rhododendrons and magnolias and attracts horticulturists, photographers and nature lovers from across the globe.
