Step inside to discover a light-filled open plan living area with a cosy wood burning stove to warm by after a day’s playing in the sea. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and is ideal for rustling up tasty dishes using local produce, offering a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and separate under counter fridge and freezer.
A small hallway leads to two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with zip and link twins offering versatility for families or friends. There is also a bathroom with a separate shower and a second WC.

Entry to Caerhays Castle Gardens
During the Caerhays Garden open season (which runs from mid-February to mid-June) guests to the Engine House are welcome to visit the world-renowned Magnolia collection and some of the finest Rhododendrons and camellias in the country. Wander beneath towering flower trees, follow winding paths through the 140 acres of wooded glades and breathe in the rich floral spring scents.

Under a mile away and within easy walking distance lies the Porthluney Beach, a wide golden sweep of sand, lapped by turquoise waves and backed by the stunning Caerhays Castle. Whether you are enjoying a peaceful early morning stroll or a sunny afternoon picnic, the beach offers the perfect setting for relaxation and exploration.
In the field opposite the house is the Caerhays Coastguards lookout, a perfect place for a morning coffee taking in the breathtaking sea views and if walking is your passion, you are situated right on the South West Coast path with fabulous walks in both directions.
Gorran Haven and Mevagissey villages are both a short drive away with a range of places to eat and visit.
